Overview

Access the Live Sync of Close CRM Leads via Navigation Bar

Once linked, a new page will be available via the left hand side navigation bar, this is a live sync of all your leads in your Close CRM account.

View Lead Details and Manage Envelopes in Close CRM

When a lead has been opened, you are presented with basic details from Close, including contacts. You can view any historical envelopes sent, or create a new envelope.

Sync Completed Envelopes Back to Close with a Linked Note

Upon completion of an envelope sent to a contact via the Close view, a note will be added against that lead in Close with a link back to the completed envelope in Annature.

1. Setting up SSO with Azure

Setting up SSO with Azure is a breeze for your IT team and takes just a few minutes. Once set up, your staff can log in using their existing Microsoft accounts in seconds. Plus, team member accounts can be auto-provisioned on their first login, and Annature groups can be automatically assigned based on your Azure configuration. 

2. Start Azure SSO Configuration

To get started, go to settings > integrations and click configure. Annature will provide you with documentation and guide you through setting up Azure AD as your Identity service provider.
