The problem
There were several challenges with getting documents signed manually. Sometimes the file wouldn’t open due to compatibility issues, or the client’s printer wouldn’t print clearly. Additionally, when clients sign and return the document, their handwriting is not always legible, and sometimes they don’t check what they scan.
The other eSignature solutions I found were inconvenient because they locked you into a monthly plan. Additionally, sometimes clients’ email addresses were locked because they had used a different provider with the same platform, causing issues with the email address.
The solution
With Annature, I pay as I go. I also rely on the SMS service because sometimes clients provide the wrong email address. Annature can text the client, allowing them to amend their email address. I also appreciate the ability to customize my application form the way I want, and the branding options that Annature provides help clients feel that their details are secure.
The outcome
Clients are happy because it’s very easy to use, and staff have all the information in one platform.
