The problem
In the early days of our firm, it was necessary to print out full financials, package these up, and send them in the mail to be signed and returned. We evolved from this manual process and adopted an international eSigning provider, but its pricing was not as flexible and cost-effective as initially advertised.
The solution

The documentation we send via Annature that requires eSigning includes tax returns, business activity statements (BAS), ASIC declarations, and audits of super funds.
Although based in Toowoomba, we have a number of interstate clients. Annature makes it possible to send out the required documentation immediately and to have it returned, signed, and lodged within 30 minutes, which represents an impressive improvement.
The outcome
We’ve found that Annature works effortlessly with other cloud-based software that we use in-house, including Xero and FYI. For example, after sending a form for signing directly from FYI, it is automatically logged in the client’s file, representing another added efficiency.
We also appreciate that Annature has hands-on and accessible support based here in Australia. This technology is brilliant for us, and clients love its ease-of-use and convenience, which is a resounding win-win.
