The challenge we faced was finding an electronic signing process that linked into our document management systems. It had to be easy for our clients to use on the front end and efficient for us to manage filing on the back end.
We used a combination of Xero Sign for tax documents and Adobe for everything else, which was frustrating as we had to use two different programs to achieve the same outcome. Annature solves this by linking with our document management system, so now every document is signed through Annature.
