We are an owner-operated mobile crane hire company, proudly servicing Sydney for over 25 years.

We have a team of over 20 people, including two office staff, and we began using Annature in February 2024. We primarily use Annature to send quotes and agreements to our new and existing clients, averaging 50+ quotes each month.

The problem

Before implementing Annature, we were Docusign customers but found it to be an expensive solution for our needs. We were referred to Annature by CreditorWatch, which uses Annature in its platform. While our quotes expire after 90 days, we’re now seeing more signatures returned within the first seven days, thanks to the ease of use and Annature’s automated reminders. Because our quotes aren’t sitting in a client’s email inbox, it’s much less likely for clients to forget and find the link has expired. This is a win for us internally, and clients have also said it’s a much smoother process for them.

The outcome

We use Annature for onboarding new team members, but its primary function in our business is to streamline client-facing processes, all for a fraction of the cost of our previous eSigning solution.
